Guajillo - Acacia berlandieri

The Guajillo (Acacia berlandieri) is a large broadleaf evergreen shrub or small tree ideal for arid landscapes and gardens. This variety is a small spreading tree that can also be pruned into a shrub, with a pure white puffball-like flower. Wattles (Acacia) can naturalize and be invasive in warmer climates. This particular variety also has varying sized thorns. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
