Giraffe Thorn - Acacia erioloba

The Giraffe Thorn (Acacia erioloba) is a large broadleaf evergreen shrub or small tree ideal for arid landscapes and gardens. This is one of the best "tree form" Wattles achieving the shape of a temperate tree like an Elm with age. Wattles (Acacia) can naturalize and be invasive in warmer climates. The native species is most common in production.
