The Palo Blanco (Acacia willardiana) is a medium sized flowering tree for landscapes and gardens. This plant has upright branching with a weeping appearance from the drooping needle-like leaves. It is most noted for the white exfoliating bark. Wattles (Acacia) can naturalize and be invasive in warmer climates. The native species is most common in production.
