Oliver Maple - Acer oliverianum

The Oliver Maple (Acer oliverianum) is a small deciduous tree ideal for a specimen in landscapes and gardens. The new growth comes out purple, turning green in summer and has a habit similar to Acer palmatum. This is not a widely used tree, so hardiness and durability are still relatively unknown. The native species is most common in production.
