Shantung Maple - Acer truncatum

The Shantung Maple (Acer truncatum) is a small deciduous ornamental tree for gardens and landscapes. This tree is known for it's big tree branching habit, but with a smaller size and vivid fall color. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production, but is often used in hybridization.
