Yellow Buckeye - Aesculus flava

The Yellow Buckeye (Aesculus flava) is a flowering deciduous shade tree for landscapes, gardens, and naturalizing. This plant is very underutilized and not as prone to rust as other Aesculus varieties. The nuts from this tree are poisonous and often mistaken for edible varieties. The native species is most common in production.
