Murphey's Striped Agave - Agave murpheyi 'Variegata'
The Murphey's Striped Agave (Agave murpheyi 'Variegata') is a medium sized succulent shrub ideal for tropical and arid landscapes and gardens. This variety is distinguished from the species by the yellow stripes lining the leaves. The spikes on the edge of the leaves are extremely sharp and can cut skin. Do not prune or hike in without protection. The native species is most common in production.
