Amolillo - Agave ocahui

The Amolillo (Agave ocahui) is a small succulent shrub ideal for tropical and arid landscapes and gardens. This plant does not actually have white on it as much as a leaf that burns around the edge, appearing white and often having a blade-like sharpness. Spikes are present on tips. Even though no visible thorns, the sides are still sharp. Do not prune without protection. The native species is most common in production.
