Queen Victoria Agave - Agave victoriae-reginae

The Queen Victoria Agave (Agave victoriae-reginae) is a small succulent shrub ideal for tropical and arid landscapes and gardens. This is a squatty little plant with big fat leaves. When planted in mass this makes a great ground covering texture. The flowers can reach 12 feet in height coming out of the 12" plant. As smooth as they look these leaves are still dreadfully painful. The native species is most common in production.
