North Star™ Boxwood - Buxux sempervirens 'Katerberg'

The North Star™ Boxwood (Buxux sempervirens 'Katerberg') is a small broadleaf evergreen shrub for landscapes and gardens that is ideal for hedging. This is a smaller variety of Boxwood that is should stay under 4' in height with little to no pruning. This makes it ideal for hedging and foundation use. This plant can develop a bare base if the bottom or width of the plant is overly restricted . Always space shrubs in hedges as far apart as you want your hedge tall. This plant is a trademarked culitvated variety of Buxus sempervirens with a patent held by Proven Winners®. Photos of the parent species will aid in identification.
