Trumpet Vine - Campsis radicans

The Trumpet Vine (Campsis radicans) is a climbing vine for trellises, fences, and naturalizing. This plant is extremely vigorous and able to consume entire buildings and windmills throughout the Midwest. The species is native, but extremely invasive in climates with prolonged temperatures over 90 degrees. The native species is most common in production.
