The River She-Oak (Casuarina cunninghamiana) is a medium to large sized coniferous evergreen for landscapes gardens and naturalizing. This tree is a often used in warmer climates in place of pines. The needles are not true needles, but rather linear leafs. This plant is also a favorite lumber for furniture. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
