Blue Surprise Falsecypress - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Blue Surprise'
The Blue Surprise Falsecypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Blue Surprise') is a columnar dwarf blue evergreen for specimen or hedge usage in landscapes and gardens. This plant is bright blue and very tightly columnar. It is great for building corners and other areas where most conifers get too big. This plant has no negatives of note. This is a cultivated variety of Chamaecyparis lawsoniana. Cone and flower photos are from the parent species to help with identification.
