Treasure Island Falsecypress - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Treasure Island'

The Treasure Island Falsecypress (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Treasure Island') is a miniature globe evergreen for specimen use and hedging. The truly miniature habit can produce a hedge that may never need pruned. The compact habit can make this variety prone to developing rust under frequent irrigation. The coloration is much more attractive in partial shade as depicted in photos. This is a cultivated variety of Chamaecyparis lawsoniana. Photos from the parent species may aid in identification.
