The Golden Alaska Cedar (Chamaecyparis nootkatensis 'Aurea') is a medium sized evergreen tree for landscapes and gardens. This variety is almost identical to the parent species, except for the golden tips of new growth. This plant has no negatives of note. This is a cultivated variety of Chamaecyparis nootkatensis.
