Palo Pinto - Chloroleucon mangense

The Palo Pinto (Chloroleucon mangense) is a medium sized deciduous tree for landscapes and gardens. This tree has a kind of twisting branches and trunks with beautiful exfoliating bark on the older growth. The young growth has brutal needle-like thorns. The native species is most common in production.
