The Ivory Halo Red Twig Dogwood (Cornus alba 'Ivory Halo') is a medium sized flowering shrub usually planted for the winter twig interest and variegated foliage. This variety is truly more compact with a more lateral branching habit than other cultivars. It is also more disease resistant.
