Turkish Filbert - Corylus colurna

The Turkish Filbert (Corylus colurna) is a medium sized ornamental tree for landscapes and gardens that it also planted for the hazelnuts. The controlled habit makes this the most garden ready form of filbert for those desiring the nut. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
