Common Smoketree - Cotinus coggygria

The Common Smoketree (Cotinus coggygria) is a medium sized ornamental tree for landscapes and gardens. This tree is known most for the plume style flowers that resemble smoke from a distance. This plant has no negatives of note. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
