Karoonda Monterey Cypress - Cupressus macrocarpa 'Karoonda'
The Karoonda Monterey Cypress (Cupressus macrocarpa 'Karoonda') is a columnar evergreen good for windy coastal locations, stand alone specimens, hedges rows, and containers. The nice full habit with horizontal branches yet a columnar form makes this variety resistant to ice damage. It is also more cold hardy than Italian Cypress. This plant has no negatives of note. This is a cultivated variety of Cupressus macrocarpa.
