Golden Barrel Cactus - Echinocactus grusonii
The Golden Barrel Cactus (Echinocactus grusonii) is a medium sized shrub for arid landscapes and gardens. This is a very easy to grow barrel cactus that takes on a beautiful golden color in morning and evening light as the sun angles through the needles. Plants in the Cactus family tend to have very sharp needles.. The native species is most common in production.
