White Ash - Fraxinus americana

The White Ash (Fraxinus americana) is a deciduous shade tree native to most of the United States. This tree has great fall color, very structured branching, and smaller leaves that drop all at once making this a great residential shade or street tree. Most varieties of Ash are being attacked by a borer throughout the Ohio River valley and it is moving westward. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
