Oregon Ash - Fraxinus latifolia

The Oregon Ash (Fraxinus latifolia) is a deciduous shade tree ideal for landscapes, gardens, and street trees native to the Pacific Northwest. This variety is named for the thinner lateral lying leaves that seem to lay on top of each other from branch to branch. Most varieties of Ash are being attacked by a borer throughout the Ohio River valley and it is moving westward. There are a more cultivars of this species in production.
