Flannel Bush - Fremontodendron ssp.

The Flannel Bush (Fremontodendron ssp.) is a large broadleaf evergreen shrub or small tree for warmer clients. This plant is named for the fuzzy leaf which is very uncommon in broadleaf evergreens, and has large persistent yellow flowers. It may require some pruning to keep this plant in a landscape. There are a more cultivars of this species in production.
