Mountain Silverbell - Halesia monticola

The Mountain Silverbell (Halesia monticola) is a medium sized flowering tree found predominately in the older mountains of the East, but ideal for gardens and landscapes. This variety is larger growing and more tolerant of drought than the Carolina Silverbell. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
