Annabelle Hydrangea - Hydrangea arborescens

The Annabelle Hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens) is a medium sized deciduous flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens and borders. This plant boasts white flowers through summer that will dry on the plant and stay all winter and are great for cutting as a dried flower. It also blooms on new wood so it is a reliable bloomer every year. This plant may wilt in the heat of day, but do not water if the ground is underneath is wet. The leaves will recover at night. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
