Glossy Privet - Ligustrum lucidum

The Glossy Privet (Ligustrum lucidum) is a large shrub or small tree with evergreen leaves for landscapes and gardens. This plant makes a great hedge or a nice patio tree. However it does need adequate water during winter and summer months. This plant can be very invasive and should only be planted in contained spaces. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
