Oriental Sweetgum - Liquidambar orientalis
The Oriental Sweetgum (Liquidambar orientalis) is a medium sized shade tree for landscapes, gardens, and street trees. This tree is much smaller than but similar to the native Liquidambar styraciflua. The seed pods are extremely messy when they drop. The native species is most common in production.
