The Red Tips Box Honeysuckle (Lonicera nitida 'Red Tips') is a broadleaf evergreen shrub for landscapes and gardens. This plant responds well to shearing and is often used in hedges, but it needs to be allowed to flush and get hairy for best results. The new growth emerges red and turns green. Do not over shear! This is a cultivated variety of Lonicera nitida.
