Privet Honeysuckle - Lonicera pileata

The Privet Honeysuckle (Lonicera pileata) is a broadleaf evergreen shrub for landscapes and gardens. This plant looks very similar to a boxwood but with a more graceful habit. It is also salt tolerant and very hardy. This plant has become invasive in coastal areas of the Northwest. The native species is most common in production.
