Wolfberry - Lycium fremontii

The Wolfberry (Lycium fremontii) is an evergreen or deciduous flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens and naturalizing. This is a rambling naturalizing shrub that is good for wildlife habitat and soil retention. It is more likely to be used in restoration projects than ornamental gardens. This plant can be invasive outside of the native range. The native species is most common in production.
