Sargent's Magnolia - Magnolia sargentiana var. robusta
The Sargent's Magnolia (Magnolia sargentiana var. robusta) is a deciduous flowering tree for landscapes, gardens, and naturalizing. This Magnolia has a very broad habit getting equally wide and tall. The flowers are distinctively pink on the outside and pure white inside. The flowers are very prone to wind and frost damage and need protection. The native species is most common in production.
