The Desert Museum Palo Verde (Parkinsonia X 'Desert Museum') is a medium sized deciduous tree for warm climare gardens and landscapes. This fast growing drought tolerant tree has a delicate texture but is tough as nails. This is a perfect speciment for urban use, and the bright green bark on the branches create great winter interest. This plant has no negatives of note. This plant is a three way cross between Parkinsonia microphylla, Parkinsonia florida, and Parkinsonia aculeata. Photos of the parent species will aid in identification.
