The Fat Albert Blue Spruce (Picea pungens var. glauca 'Fat Albert') is a dwarf evergreen tree for landscapes and gardens. The truly dwarf habit makes this spruce great for tight spaces. The blue is much bluer than the species and the habit is fatter than 'Baby Blue Eyes'. This plant has no negatives of note. This is a cultivated variety of Picea pungens. Needle and cone photos are taken from the parent species for identification purposes.
