Red Pine - Pinus resinosa

The Red Pine (Pinus resinosa) is a medium sized native conifer for landscapes, gardens, and naturalizing. This species has a more open habit than most trees of this size. This is one of the few natives that can stay in the 30 - 50 foot range. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
