Verkade's Broom White Pine - Pinus strobus 'Verkade's Broom'
The Verkade's Broom White Pine (Pinus strobus 'Verkade's Broom') is a small coniferous shrub for landscapes, gardens and containers. The dwarf mounding to pyramidal shape makes this a great shrub for foundations, specimen use, and industrial landscapes. Cones are very rare on this cultivar, and it only grows about 5 inches per year. This plant has no negatives of note. This is a cultivated variety of Pinus strobus.
