Wild Pistachio - Pistacia atlantica

The Wild Pistachio (Pistacia atlantica) is a large nut producing deciduous shade tree for landscapes and gardens. This plant makes a great spreading shade tree and brings with it the benefits of the edible nut. This plant can become invasive and has naturalized in Utah and California. There are more cultivated varieties of this plant in production.
