Portuguese Cherry Laurel - Prunus lusitanica
The Portuguese Cherry Laurel (Prunus lusitanica) is a large broadleaf evergreen shrub or small tree for landscapes and gardens. This plant is hardier than Prunus laurocerasus, but there are not as many smaller cultivars available This plant has no negatives of note. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
