The Guava (Psidium quajava) is a medium sized fruit producing tree for landscapes and gardens. This is the fruit of the juice. The flower is sersistent through the early part of summer and the fruit ripens in fall. The foliage will show frost damage at 28 degrees farenheight, and the plant will die completely at 26. There are more cultivated varieties of this plant in production.
