Coastal Live Oak - Quercus agrifolia

The Coastal Live Oak (Quercus agrifolia) is a large broadleaf evergreen shade tree native to warm coastal climates of the west. This is a "Grandaddy" of a shade tree that has evergreen leaves and a sprawling habit with age. The old leaves drop as new ones come on and can get a little messy. The native species is most common in production.
