California Blue Oak - Quercus douglasii

The California Blue Oak (Quercus douglasii) is a medium to large shade tree native to the California inland valleys. This plant has a nice sprawling habit and is tolerant of salt winds. It might be a good a candidate for landscapes in the Gulf. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
