Blackjack Oak - Quercus marilandica

The Blackjack Oak (Quercus marilandica) is a small scrubby tree native to woodlands of the Eastern United States. This is a good underbrush plant for natural restoration projects. It does not have a refined habit for landscapes. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
