English Oak - Quercus robur

The English Oak (Quercus robur) is a large deciduous shade tree for landscapes and gardens. This tree has a large majestic branching habit and solid yellow fall color more vivid than most native Oaks. This plant has no negatives of note. The most commonly planted form of the species is the columnar variety, 'fastigiata'.
