Black Oak - Quercus velutina 

The Black Oak (Quercus velutina) is a large deciduous shade tree for gardens, landscapes that is native to the Eastern United States. This tree has a nice upright habit and one of the more red fall colors of the Oaks. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
