Concinnum Rhododendron - Rhododendron concinnum
The Concinnum Rhododendron (Rhododendron concinnum) is a broadleaf evergreen tree or shrub ideal for borders or specimens in gardens and landscapes. This species is more of a tree form Rhododendron, like the native Flame Azalea, but with more substantial foliage and branching. It is always best to make sure Rhododendron are well watered going into hard freezes. The native species is most common in production.
