Dauricum Rhododendron - Rhododendron dauricum
The Dauricum Rhododendron (Rhododendron dauricum) is a small to medium sized broadleaf evergreen shrub for landscapes and gardens. This species is very cold hardy with pink flowers that emerge with the daffodils, and has smaller rounder leaves than most Rhododendrons. It is always best to make sure Rhododendron are well watered going into hard freezes. The native species is most common in production.
