Oreotrephes Rhododendron - Rhododendron oreotrephes
The Oreotrephes Rhododendron (Rhododendron oreotrephes) is a medium to large sized deciduous shrub for landscapes and gardens. This species is very similar to some of the native small leaf varieties, with a fuller habit, but is less hardy. It is always best to make sure Rhododendron are well watered going into hard freezes. The native species is most common in production.
