Pachytrichum Rhododendron - Rhododendron pachytrichum
The Pachytrichum Rhododendron (Rhododendron pachytrichum) is a medium to large sized deciduous shrub for landscapes and gardens. This plant grows through out forests of China much like the native Rhododendron of North America with a suckering, spreading habit. It is always best to make sure Rhododendron are well watered going into hard freezes. The native species is most common in production.
