The Wild Thyme Azalea (Rhododendron serpyllifolium) is a small broadleaf evergreen shrub ideal for landscapes and gardens with a very natural habit. This species has a low growing sprawling habit with tiny leaves and small flowers. This plant is somewhat twiggy looking and has very sparse foliage. The native species is most common in production.
