Sugar Sumac - Rhus ovata

The Sugar Sumac (Rhus ovata) is a broadleaf evergreen shrub native to the Southwest and ideal for landscapes and gardens. This species is a very vigorous almost vining shrub with deep green foliage and a brilliant flower even in drought. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
